Free Consultation

A free 20 minute consultation is required before your first training session. This is necessary for filling out paperwork, goal setting and to create a personalized training plan tailored to your individual goals.

Personal Training

Receive one-on-one attention and an individualized training plan tailored to you fitness goals.

$50/hour

Prepay 10 sessions, get one free.

Semi-Private Training

Semi-private training is for groups of 2, 3 or 4 with a specific training focus. Choose from strength training, total body conditioning, low impact toning, metabolic training, or strength endurance. 
(prices are shared by the group)
2 people: $60/hour
3 people: $75/hour
4 people $80/hour

Prepay 12 weeks - 10% discount
​Prepay 24 weeks - 15% discount

Small Group Challenges

Small group challenges on 8 week sessions meeting 2x's/week for 6-10 people and is a hybrid of personal training and group exercise classes. You will receive attention to form and technique while enjoying the atmosphere of a class while receiving the benefits of a private FB accountability group, workout tracking, before & after weigh-in's & measurements (optional).

Bootcamp Classes

Bootcamp classes a hybrid of personal training and group exercise classes. You will enjoying the atmosphere of a class while receiving the benefits of working with a Personal Trainer focusing on your form and technique. A mix of Strength and Cardio, you never know what you'll be doing in Bootcamp.
