Special Occasion Classes
Book a private class for any occasion. LizFit will work with you for an off site location or host on-site. Examples can be family reunion, birthday, staff retreat, employee wellness, corporate event, bachelorette party, sport team cross training and more! Also great for an "intro" to a class to gain a better understanding of the format. Large Group & Corporate rates available.

Class Descriptions
Barre Fitness:
60 minute low impact, high burn, muscle endurance class that uses light weights to lengthen and tone the upper body, barre work to focus on the lower body and mat work for additional core conditioning and stretching.
BodyPump:
The original barbell workout. BODYPUMP is 25+ years old! Use barbells, plates, and benches to build lean muscle throughout your entire body. Low weight + high repetition will fatigue one muscle group at a time and leave you wanting more.
CXWORX:
30 min core conditioning class. Use resistance bands & weights to strengthen entire core. Class is a zero impact & intensity of your choosing.
H.I.I.T. the Barre:
60 minute workout featuring high intensity interval training (H.I.I.T) for the first half of class, followed by moderate Barre training. Includes a full body warm up and cool down.
H.I.I.T. the Gym:
This class blends strength and core conditioning with cardio intervals using a variety of exercises and fitness equipment. All body zones will be challenged to give you a complete workout and ultimate fat-burning.
H.I.I.T. the Mat:
60 minute workout featuring high intensity interval training (H.I.I.T) for the half of class, followed by strength and core exercises on the mat. Includes a full body warm up and cool down.
Lunchbox Special - Total Body Conditioning:
This class blends strength conditioning with core training using a variety of exercises and fitness equipment. All body zones will be challenged to give you a complete workout and ultimate fat-burning.
OULA:
60 minute high-energy, easy to learn, calorie burning, crazy-fun dance workout to Top 40 hits. Classes are an epic hour of sweat, joy, and total inspiration! OULA is Dancemania for the Soul.
OULA Power:
45 minute cardio conditioning and body weight strengthening class set to powerful music.
OULA Power Express:
30 minute, zero-cardio variation of OULA Power that is done entirely on the mat set to powerful music.
Oula.One:
60 minute heart-based, musically-inspired yoga dance fusion class with no jumping or impact, making it accessible to nearly all. Completely choreographed to beautiful music, you will journey through spinal warming and activation, balancing and strengthening, core work, stretching and relaxation. Through breath and heart opening movements and music, you will feel the stress and stuck emotion leave your body, as you become grounded in your sense of self and one-ness.
PiYo Strength:
60 minute workout that combines the best part of pilates and yoga with bodyweight training to sculpt the whole body. Low impact and done barefoot on a mat.
SimplyFit:
60 minute low impact, high intensity class that uses minimal equipment to work the whole body.
Small Group Training:
60 minute total body workout incorporating the best strength, conditioning, cardio and interval training. Be ready to work hard and sweat as you work at your own level and pace in a supportive group setting.
Sound Strength:
Sound Strength is a strength workout using small equipment to set to music. If music is a motivator or helps you escape, you will love this class. The workouts are adaptable for all fitness and intensity levels and you will get a total body workout.
Strength and Core Conditioning:
This class uses various equipment to incorporate resistance to build stronger muscles. We will target large muscle groups while isolating the lower body, the upper body, and the core with a few full body exercises thrown into the mix.
Tabata Bootcamp:
You will get a total body workout that is never boring. The majority of your time in this class, you will experience 20 seconds of heart pounding exertion followed by 10 seconds of rest for 4 minutes, then move on to the next exercise. Sounds easy, right? This class will help you push your fitness to another level!
